It's been a while

Hello!

It's been a while since I last wrote a post. That's because I've been pretty busy at my internship. I've been given a new project (which I can't say too much about) and I've had my hands full.

I'm building a website (on my own) from a very basic design (really basic, I had to improvise and come up with a lot myself) for a big client of the company. So I'm in constant contact with the bosses and the designer while building it, which is why I'm so busy.

Now the project is nearly finished and things are getting a bit quieter, so I sat down for a moment and decided to write another blog post.

The weather has also been really good these last few weeks. Some days it's 33 degrees, and I don't think it's dropped below 23 degrees in the last 2–3 weeks. Some days are really humid, though, and even if it's only 25 degrees then, it's much harder to bear than when it's 33.

I haven't really gone out to do anything these last 2 weeks either (apart from the beer tasting, of course), because I was really tired from all the hard work. I slept a lot at the weekend too, but I've still been really tired the last 2 weeks. Luckily it's getting better now!

Next week is also university week for me! I have to spend a week at Shanghai Second Polytechnic University to take some classes in International Business, Chinese and culture. I have to do this because of my visa, but I'm certainly not going reluctantly.

So for a week I'll be a real student at that university. I'll actually sleep on campus in the 'student dorms' and eat in the cafeteria and so on. It'll definitely be a good experience!

I'll try to write a few more posts again, but I'm not promising anything! Just 3 more weeks and then back home…
